JOB SUMMARY:
The Program Supervisor will function as a manager of specific programs to ensure daily operation and achieve stated program’s goals and objectives.
The Program Supervisor will assist in the development/oversee the completion of Individual Habitation Plans, Adaptive Behavior Scale and other assessments and, at times, will provide case management and direct care services for assigned clients, as needed for the program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITY:
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of five years supervisory and/or administrative experience, or an associate degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of eight years' experience (five supervisory).
Experience with behavior-oriented programming applied in a variety of settings preferred.
Knowledge of the practical experiences in conducting professional evaluations of Family Teachers a plus.
