JOB SUMMARY:
A Masters level professional who will function as a manager of specific programs and functions to ensure daily operation, assist consumers to achieve stated goals and objectives and manages (delivers) care to SMI clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will meet the direct service (face to face contact) expectation as determined by the annual goals.
Manager will utilize assessment and treatment skills, provide comprehensive case management, coordinate and collaborate with collateral care providers, advocate, provided individual therapeutic rehabilitation skill development, illness management and recovery, (supportive counseling (and family intervention as indicated), provide crisis assessment and intervention (carrying and responding to a beeper), provide discharge planning, medication mentoring, and education.
Oversees site scheduling as necessary.
Acts as a team leader and provides day to day service provision of other staff. (supervision to Counselors and Senior Counselors).
Performs other duties as may, from time-to-time, be deemed appropriate by the supervisor.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITY:
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, rehabilitative counseling, psychology, counseling, or other related behavioral health or counseling program discipline.
Valid driver's license within the current state of residence and at least two years of driving history with a driving record in good standing.
Must be 21 years old.
SALARY:
$61,194.38 per year.
